Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1½ Pounds Salmon
- ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley
- ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Method
- Stir together the chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Slather that Dijon mixture on top of the salmon.
- Bake the salmon for 18-20 minutes in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven.
