Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1½ Pounds Salmon
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsley
  • ¼ Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Method

  1. Stir together the chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  2. Slather that Dijon mixture on top of the salmon.
  3. Bake the salmon for 18-20 minutes in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven.
